Getting Your Pod To You

Here is everything you need to know about how and when your Cabai order will arrive.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually see faster delivery; remote areas may take a little longer.

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow it the whole way.

Delays

Occasionally, factors outside our control, such as weather, courier delays, or regional disruptions, can push delivery times out a little further. If your order is taking longer than expected, email us and we will chase it down for you.

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available yet, but it is on the way, so watch this space.
